The UK casino industry recently introduced a national self exclusion scheme called SENSE (Self-Enrolment National Self-Exclusion). The Hippodrome casino participates in this scheme, which enables customers to self-exclude from all participating land-based casino premises. This means that customers will for the first time be sharing their request to self-exclude from all participating land-based casinos for a minimum period of six months. The responsibility for complying with the self exclusion agreement rests with the customer.

Will SENSE keep me away from other forms of gambling?

SENSE exclusion only applies to UK land based casinos. Other businesses offering gambling have their own schemes to help people who have problems with their gambling products.
